Use of the product
WatchLLM is being built to help teams monitor AI visibility, citations, crawler activity, visitor analytics, content gaps, and reports for projects they are authorized to operate.
External actions
Paid providers, OAuth authorization, email delivery, object storage, and production deployment are intentionally outside the default local mode and require explicit configuration or approval before use.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the brand, website, prompt, crawler-log, visitor, and team data they enter or ingest, including making sure they have permission to monitor and process that data.
Production readiness
Before hosted commercial use, these terms should be reviewed by counsel and paired with final support, incident, data-retention, billing, and availability policies.
